Less "condom" like
I made my first three blown vessels and here they are. They are vaguely reminiscent of condoms.  So how do I get a better shape. More round and a pointier tip. (I know...PPP) but any other help appreciated. Actually, I also just wanted to show them off too... Thanks for looking - Pam

Pam, you made me spit coffee. I think only you would see that. Now everyone will because you said it. I can't help you with blown vessels, I make mine the safer way on large mandrels.

How about forgetting the pointy end and make it more rounded sort of "pot belly" like... At least the brown one lends that style... Sort of reminds me of a "bean pot"....

What I found (one day when I was just playin' around), was after you have the glass soft enough, but not too soft, hold it straight up and blow into it.
I tried holding it straight down, but it got pulled too straight from gravity.
By blowing "up", gravity pulls the sides down a bit while you blow the glass outward. Much prettier shape. It feels a bit dangerous, but the shape's better.
I've also tried putting the glass on in different ways. It's much easier to wind it on the end like a hollow bead than to just have a clump of glass on the end. Even if you collapse the hollow, there's still a little air at the bottom that makes it easier to blow out again.
