Paragon sc-2 controller

Hi everyone. Can anyone tell me when paragon introduced the sentry xpress 4.0 controller in their kilns. I habe been offered a paragon sc-2 with the scentry 3.0 controller but they are not able to tell me how old the kiln is. Thank you for any answer

Ask them to check if there is a label near the power cord, mine has the month/year manufactured there.

For what it's worth, mine was made in 06/2014 and has the 4.0, but I know they made the switch much earlier.

Paragon would probably be able to give you an exact answer
