Default It's that time of year again.

Ok, you have a month to get these made for family and friends.
Start now, they make great Christmas presents.

Going to make some of these for a show next month. I made them a few years ago and they sold well.

Has anyone managed to make these in soft glass? They look great but I can see them exploding from lack of heat at the thick end if not in boro. I don't think my little torch would cope!

I've made icicles in soft glass, although I usually make them by splatting into a paddle shape then pulling/twisting. A few have even survived even though I don't have a kiln.

You will need to brush back over the thicker parts occasionally as you work.
