Which oxygen concentrator?

Hi,
Should I purchase an M15 (Unlimited Oxygen) (20 psi/10 lpm) or an M15 (15 psi/8 lpm) for a Pirhana torch? Would I notice any difference in operation? I live at 7,000 feet, does that make a difference?
