Question Encasing Silver Foil

Working with a hot head and Effetre ultra clear I am having a problem keeping the silver foil from turning yellow or goldish to copper. I am trying to work as far from the flame as possible and still get the ultra hot.

Any tips?

Barbara

I work on a hot head too. The trick is loads of patience . . . you need to turn the HH lower and work really high on the flame. Problem is, even after the silver is encased in clear, it can still turn yellow if the flame is too hot.

You can always use pale aqua to keep it silver...
