Did anybody ordered from anibeads.com ?

I just wonder if anybody ordered from anibeads.com from Germany ?
I ordered some DH murrini's from Ani more than a month ago but did not receive anything. She provided DHL link for tracking but the link says that no info found. Now she said that she contacted DHL customer service to find out about the package.

I am in Canada, but ordered from different suppliers without problems.

Thank you, Lissette. Ani communicates nicely by e-mail, I just have to use Google translate from German.
I just did not get my order for so long, and there is no info on the tracking # she provided. She said that her friend sent it. Strange story.

I received my order today after a month and a half waiting ! So if you guys order from Anibeads, be ready to wait.

I think it THE december month what gives problems, i never order just before december a lot off package not come ore over time.

Larysa, congratulations, you've got it. Anibeads is a reliable source and German post (DHL) usually is fast and accurate but December is really a month of logistic surprises - my package from US visited Tokyo, then Luxembourg, then Azerbaijan and only then arrived to the destination (want to be my parcel and travel around the world for a month and 35 usd). You can also use berlinbeads.de - the shop is owned by a guy from Canada, all members of the team speak English.

this can happen to you any time you order overseas, especially in december as lisette says. I am from Germany and often order in the USA. Sometimes I get my packages within a week, sometimes it takes up to 8 weeks. Depends mostly on customs clearance, how fast they are.
About DHL tracking I have learned that the tracking numbers from DHL and USPS can be compatible. But this more a thing with packages from US to Germany (from USPS to DHL)
