Default Scorpion Hook Up

I've hooked up my scorpion with a y hose assembly that gtt sells on a 4 stud scorpion. There is a gas leak where the single hose goes into the y that I cannot stop from leaking. Does anyone have any idea on how I could fix this? I tried the clamps that came with it. I've tried the clamp that I had on my previous hose hook up that you screw down. I've tried the clamp that came with it and put the clamp that screws down over it to clamp both together. I even pinched with pliers the clamp that came with it tighter around the hose (that made it even worse). Does anyone have a picture of how they have their scorpion set up? Please help, I want to play tonight lol.
