Bell flower turorial or video
Does anyone have a tutorial to share using a Bellflower Tool? There was an old video, but I clicked on it and it was no longer available. Thanks.

I had to delete the old video because my radio was playing in the background and Warner Music Group flagged it and wouldn't let it play in the US.

Carol, I use a variety of wires. My favorite size has been 20ga. copper wire but I have used 18ga. as well. I also use nickel chromium wire. I just got a spool of that from Amazon and I love it. It's 22ga.

Thanks, Lori...I have my girlfriends bellflower press on loan, but have now located one of my own. I was using some stainless steel but the gauge is either a 16 or 18. Also, out of 5 bellflowers, 3 cracked right after i pressed. I think i pressed either too long or something...anyway thanks for the wire info!

You can always add a little more glass and make the flower a bit thicker and of course just don't press too long or it could crack. I'm sure we've all done that a time or two. I also have some tips and tricks you can use if you wish on my blog. http://allmybeads-debbie.blogspot.co...nd-tricks.html
