Oxycon Help

I am a newbie and have looked through torch questions, but haven't found my problem. I have a deVilbiss that I use with a norton minor torch. A few days ago, I noticed that I couldn't get my flame right. I am getting a small very blue flame. The next time I tried to use it, I had to hit the reset button to get my oxycon going. I have cleaned the external filter and changed my plug in set up, but neither helped. When I switched to an oxygen tank, the torch worked fine.

I did not know that I was supposed to open the valve when I turned on the torch until I read the information here. Would that have anything to do with my problem?

That is probably your problem. If it is, you have to send it in I think.

This happened to me once. I thought my concentrator was broken, but then I redid all my connections and it turned out I had a leak. Try that.
