Default Position of regulator and flashbacks using manifold??

Hi!
Newbee here. I am building a torch bench into what was originally designed as a offhand studio. It has a 3 output black pipe manifold from the tank into the studio. I'm going to put a 30# RV tank outside. My question is ... where does the regulator and flashback go? Between the tank and manifold (which would be a real pain in 3' of snow) or between the torch and manifold?

Thanks for any thoughts.

Flashback arrestors should be at torch, this way it protects all hoses, manifold, regulators, tanks...

Regulator should be at the tank UNLESS you are going to run low pressure regulator on each manifold outlet.... Then you would use a intermediate pressure regulator at tank...

Most building codes do not allow propane to be brought into a building at any pressure more then 10PSI...

Idealy FBAs should go at the torch AND at the regulator. That way if hot glass drops on your hose you are still protected.
