Torch Problem Or Propane

I used to have no problem with silver glasses. They always turned out well. Now I am having a problem with all of my silver glasses.... they get different colors and I have trouble getting them to turn all silver. Could it be my Minor torch is too old (eight years) or my oxygen concentrator isn't working right or something is wrong with my propane?

It wouldn't be a torch issue. It's likely your oxygen supply. Adjust your flame and if no adjustments fix it, try a different oxygen supply. Problems with reducing, striking or oxidizing glass are rarely a torch issue and a Minor will last a lot longer than 8 years, so it's definitely not too old.

my guess is that if everything else is the same (same batch of glass, same exact torch, same oxycon etc), then it's your oxygen source.
perhaps the oxycon is getting tired and needs the sieve beds repoured?
