Torch Head Question?

I just got the Mega Minor. The instructions state that the Heat Sink may loosen due to Shipping and should be positioned at least 1/8" to 1/4" back from the end of the burner. Adjust if required.
This is my torch head and it is less than 1/8" but how do you adjust it?
