Ami Perfecto
Found this glass in my stash....most of the tag is gone....it's Effetre 104....looks like a very LIGHT light transparent brown.....but I have no idea what it does.....anybody have any ideas???? It looks almost a champagne color.....I think I remember seeing/reading about it being a bit reactive, but I'm not finding the thread.

Could it be Vetrofond 791937 Arancio Perfecto Transparent Odd? It strikes to a tangerine orange.

I'll bet you are right....I got it last August at Frantz Glass Bash.....so...it turns tangerine, hummmmmm! Now what the heck do I make with that color....it's definitely NOT in my usual earth-tone pallet!

I have a terrible time striking this color! I think if you play with it you can get a pretty big range of orange tones though. The one time I've seen it strike to really orange/tangerine it took alot of work in and out of the flame striking it.

It took forever to strike the one time I actually made a bead out of it. The next time I used it, I burned the color all the way out. Too much trouble to use.

I've found it's really easy to strike if you use is as a base for florals, or a design that involves a lot of heating and cool already. That's how I cope with most strikers.
