Default Minnie Mouse tutorial

I can't seem to find one anywhere. A Minnie Mouse head (with bow) should be easy enough to make, right? Well, not me lol.

Is there a tutorial out there?

Thanks

Duane

Never have seen one and I'm guessing due to copyright issues.

You mean the black bead with the flat ears and a bow?

Or a sculpted Minnie?

The black donut, you squish flat, two dots to form the ears. Make sure they're firmly attached. And the bow is two larger dots and a small dot on one side. Google Minnie Mouse lampwork on etsy. Lots of folks make her.

I know how to do a Disney approved Olaf (many many hours and attempts btw) but I've never seen a sculpted Minnie.

Copyrights. I can't make a Mini Mouse and I work there. Everything has to be approved by Disney.

Lots of people make Disney characters, but they do so at their own risk. Disney LOVES to sue people. They are VERY protective of their brand.

Early in my craft days I heard or read, "Don't copy the Mouse, the Hog, or the Dog". I have read about regular people being sued for copyright infringement-even 1 instance and even if you are just a home crafter...Those 3 companies take it real serious.

I would guess Porky Pig and Goofy ( or pluto ).

EDIT: Is Porky a Disney thing, now? He was WB but I have no idea what Disney owns these days.

Read this on Wikipedia and saw nothing about Disney owning it but you never know. lol !

Porky Pig is an animated cartoon character in the Warner Bros. Looney Tunes and Merrie Melodies series of cartoons.

I think she mentioned , the 3 companies. My thoughts were Mickey or Minnie (Disney), porky Pig (Warner), and Snoopy (as in peanuts)?

LOL, I was guessing Miss Piggy, but I forgot about Porky. I had no idea about the dog, but Goofy or Pluto would be a good guess now that I think about it.

Lady and the Tramp?
101 Dalmations?
