There are a lot of us we could hand out cards or something at larger events.

Default sca beads

Being new to the craft.... please elaborate?

Just what are SCA beads? Are only Celtic replicas included or any ancient beads included?

Sounds fascinating. I just came home from a trip to Bhutan and saw Tibetan Dzhee beads. Pretty cool.
I gave one of my glass beads to a little old lady who was praying at a monetary. She was so tickled with this simple bead she was telling all the tourists who would stop about her new bead on her prayer bead string. Made me smile, especially since I'm really a newbie and my beads aren't anything fancy.

lol the SCA is a historical reenactment organization. There aren't any such things as SCA beads, we're just people who are interested in historical things, like these bead designs. Usually the period covered by the SCA is 900 - 1600 AD, but in bead making we tend to step outside those confines.

(If the link doesn't work, edit the s out of your browser. It should be "http" not "https" Sometimes LE put in an S just for the heck of it.)
