Unhappy Chili Pepper Kiln

Anyone out there that would possibly know what could be wrong with a chili pepper kiln that is receiving a PF2 error, which we know means power failure.

We replaced the heat element at the first occurrence of it not heating. Turned it back on still not working, then replaced the relay switch and installed that, then the thermocouple broke off from the solder piece on the mother board. So we sent it off to Jen Ken and it was fixed and tested then shipped back to us.

Now our turn to complete the setup, connected the black and white wire back to the heating element the white on the left and the black on right.

Turned it back on and it comes up as
bead
PF2
green light does not come on

help, help any suggestions will be greatly appreciated, I don't want to have to send the entire kiln back to Jen Ken. Jack may have to take a trip since they are only about 1.5 away. But it sure would be nice to be able to use it this weekend.

Thanks Mary

I would call them Monday and ask them. They might be able to trouble shoot over the phone. . If they are that close, (is that 1.5 hours?) maybe you can take it in if necessary, and get it fixed. I am not sure what you mean by your turn, and having to connect wires.

Thank you for your reply. Was hoping I could find someone that may have experienced same problem so that we didn't have to wait till the weekend, just looking for some insight.
