Just be careful, the ice blue's easy to turn red.

I'll let you know when *I* figure it out
Lots of oxy. It turns red when it reduces.

GA had some years ago as an odd lot. It was a dark trans teal wysiwyg. I'm not sure if I have any left but I will look.
Ok.. It looks like I have a few pounds. I can e-mail you pictures ( I can't figure out how to load a picture here from my iPad lol).

I just checked and GA is showing a teal in their current colors. If you can't find it near you let me know.

Yup, which drives me nuts because you can use heavy oxy while you're laying color, but then when you're shaping it often makes sense NOT to do that.

GA's teal transparent reduces, too if it's the old one.
Most of the boro transparents greens/teals are based on the transparent copper greens, which all turn red on the surface when reduced. The old GA True Green or NS Transparent Green were the purest examples of copper greens. Copper is the same colorant that makes Ruby red. That's when it's reduced... so, you have the oxidized state here in these glasses. Reducing makes the copper red, like Ruby.
Paris Green is a transparent green that is not based on copper and won't reduce to red. What does Paris Green (or Kryptonite, the lightest shade) look like when mixed with light cobalt? Might be worth trying.

Yup. I struggle with this too when I am working solid sculpture. Working farther out in the flame than normal seems to help but I often still get some unwanted reduction.
