Introducing your new ABR Phone Rep......ME!!
Just to let everyone know, I am now going to be helping you when you call here at ABR. Of course, I can't answer all the calls, but will try to be the primary answerer. We've decided to do this, so that we can ensure customers speak with someone who has worked glass if they need to (I've been at it for 12 years).
Ross, Tim, and Caleb will still be taking calls as well. But, don't be afraid to ask for me if you have technical questions that you need answered. I will certainly do my best to help.
