Default New Smooth and Tuff bead release

I just got my tub of Foster Fire "smooth and tuff" bead release and I love it. It takes a very significant heat to cause it to crack. Out of 15 mandrels, only one had cracking and bead release popped off. The rest were unscathed.

I'm sold!

(I am not affiliated with Foster Fire in any way,...but if you (foster fire ) would like me to be ...you know how to find me !)

Over and out, ya'll!

It is great stuff!!! And, you can hand twist right off the mandrel...even with boro!! I used it for my vessels all weekend long, and the only one that I had trouble getting off the mandrel was the one made on a different release. Awesome release if you ask me.

I was sold on it at first use too, it's incredible! I have the 16 oz. bottle, and I'm ordering more when I get just half out, this stuff is great, especially for doing boro with presses. Hands down.

Default Smooth & Tuff

I just gushingly posted over in Vendors about how awesome this stuff is - short version = newbie + awkward + FF = easy to make beads and get off mandrel = no chipping/flaking/breaking while making! BOM now consigned to doorstop duty.
