Default ebook printing

Can anyone tell me a good place to get an ebook I purchased printed?

Thanks.

I took a cd tutorial to Staples and they printed it out for me ONCE UPON A TIME. Would that work? Price it first but they came to mind. Or a Kinko? I used to see ads for them but don't know if they're even still around.

Good luck.

Staples, kinko's, the ups store, and office max all have print services.
Price it out, costs may differ a lot.
Some print shops also will do custom one of jobs like this.
It can run around the same or a little better depending on paper, color, and binding.
Spiral bound, punched for binders, stapled like a magazine, or perfect bount like a trade paper back.
