Warhaftig in Texas - May 8,9,10, 2009
Now that I have returned from the Glass Bead Expo in Las Vegas, I'm getting geared up for my first ever trip to Austin, Texas, where I will be doing a two and 1/2 day class at Blue Moon Glassworks. I'm so excited that they have a SANDBLASTER!! I will be teaching sandblasting technique and equipment set up, for those of you who want to explore this direction. It is an intermediate class that will delve into enamels, metals and, of course, hollow beads blown on Puffy Mandrels. The class is confirmed and still has a few spots I think, so if you are interested call the studio at 512-380-0770. (Sunday is Mother's Day - I would love to have some Mother/offspring pairs in this class!).
