Default Can anyone tell me how this is done

I seen this bead on a post and was wondering How do you achieve adding these air bubbles just so into an encased bead. Maybe something simple, but would love to know how it is done. Thanks for your advice in advance?

Would it be something as simple as poking a hole as you are adding the encasing similar to an air bubble in the middle of a flower?

Yep, you can place bubbles by poking a hole (I use a 3/32" mandrel or smaller), then carefully placing a blob of clear over the top, making sure the glass covers the hole but doesn't fill it. Then you can keep casing if you want the bubbles deeper into the bead. Don't poke airbubbles too near the mandrel, it could cause the bead to crack.

You can use a flower arranging frog (lots of pointy pins in a metal base) to give you a pattern of bubbles.
