I placed an order on the 1/6/09 and it shipped on 1/8. I am sure it's the slow USPS, but I haven't seen my order yet. 1/15 today and it can take 7-10 days for shipping usually. Plus I heard of alot of cutbacks at USPS so I am sure it is on its way. I called them today and they were very nice, so I will be patient. I like thier website so I keep going back and checking to see if they have updated some of the pages. I hope to order from them again

I've never had a problem with Howaco, they're great.
