Default "authentic" silver leaf

hey all .... quick question - if the package doesn't say composite metals - is it real silver leaf? how can you tell?

haha, I think we have all been there!!! Also It should be .999 'fine silver' If you plan on using wire, mesh, or flat strip silver.

jaci - the funniest part - the bead is hideous. i mean really really ugly. great shape. looks like i pulled it out of the ground, literally ... and it's my husband's favorite so far. go figure!

I think sometimes we are so caught up in what we are trying to achieve, we are blown away when someone else sees the potential of a bead that we can't because we had something different in mind entirely.

LOL, Wendy, I need to take a picture.
It really does look like it was on fire ... which it was. A little frightening. It smells kinda bad too. It's a really ugly, abused little bead. And I am keeping it ... it's so odd.

encase it.. cal it "Aftermath.. of a Marshmallow ~ in Glass"

or make a white, and 'toasted' bead to go with it, and make a necklace called beads in the life of a marshmallow..
