Default Wire heart earrings?

Has anyone ever seen a tutorial for wire earrings like these? Doesn't have to be exact:

I've seen other pieces with the wire attachments and woven with the spirals but never inside a heart before.

Those earrings are stunning.

Elizabeth, I checked out the Etsy address you posted on earrings that are similar and you hooked me onto them. I just ordered that tutorial!!!

Sorry I couldn't help you out here, DaffodilDeb. If you do find a tutorial for them, please post the info...would love to know.

Good luck with your search.

It looks to me it's the "Egyptian Coil" technique. They used basically that to make the coils but put it all together to make the heart shape. If you leanred how to make the coils (google free egyptian coil tutorials) you could prolly figure out how to make this yourself.

I bought my pair on Ebay for a couple of bucks. Amazing that they are wanting about 10 times that on Overstock. I want to make them myself, only out of better quality materials. Silvertone wire and a cheap bead doesn't do the design justice. I wrote to that seller, and she didn't have a tutorial (I offered to pay).

Still looking...

You might try Wired UP Beads website, they may have a tutorial or will be able to tell you where to find one. Their website is www.wiredupbeads.com
Hope this helps.

Still no luck. I didn't find it on Wired Up Beads, and their "contact me" link isn't working.

Hi daffodildeb,
Thank you for the challenge, I've been mulling it over for awhile, and I think I finally got it. These are my first and second tries that worked, it helps having softer wire than the cheap stuff I was using from Joann's.
Please pm me your email address. I tried making my first tutorial but it's a little rough. I am not a wireworker but I took some pictures I can email you.
oops sorry they're so big but you get the idea
