Default Press or tool to make football shape?

Is there is a press or tool that will make a football shaped bead? I don't mean a flat oval with pointy ends - I mean a 3D football shaped bead. Or a tool that will do the pointy end with a nice sharp point.

I want that shape in 3D - I think the bottom of this press might actually work.

If not, it's pretty easy to pull a point.
