Talking coloring clear glass?

This morning i experimented with some copper carbonate on my glass and found that when the bead cooled it had the coolest swirling of copper inside has anybody else ever done this? And is there other metal compounds i can use to create cool things like this?

silver and gold are the most common for fuming. Whatever you use ensure good ventilation. I just took a fuming class from Hugh Salkind. Some of the best advice he gave was to be sure of exactly what you are fuming. If you get sick you will at least know what to tell the doctor. If you use unknown metals or metals you do not know the exact content of you could be asking for problems. Get your metals from a trusted metal source.
